We’re thrilled to announce an update to our vegetarian sandwich offerings: we’ve partnered with Watercourse Foods to bring you the freshest seitan available! If you’re not yet acquainted, Watercourse is a beloved plant-based kitchen here in Denver and we’re excited to team up with a restaurant that is dedicated to sustainability, accessibility, and delicious cuisine.

We’ve always strived to support the vegetarian and vegan community in Denver by offering a wide selection of plant-based options alongside our traditional meat-based subs. Now, you can experience the goodness of Watercourse’s fresh seitan in some of our favorites on our veggie sub lineup.

The Daisy

For a taste of the south, try Watercourse seitan paired with tangy BBQ sauce, crisp slaw, and a pickle.

Veggie Reuben

A classic reimagined, try it wwith seitan, piled high with tangy sauerkraut, swiss cheese, creamy thousand island dressing, and cherry peppers.

Bangkok

Made with seitan (or tempeh) glazed in sweet chili sauce, it is topped with crunchy pickles, romaine lettuce, shredded carrot, and mayo.

Tempeh Marinara

Savory and delicious, seitan meets rich marinara sauce, olives, grilled onion, mozzarella, and parmesan on this Italian classic.
