“9 out of 10 vegans agree: Any restaurant where you can order one of these is a pretty great place, and Subculture in the Cap Hill neighborhood of Denver is no exception! “Choose from a menu with more than 50 sandwich offerings. The Colorado beef used in many of the subs is slow-cooked in house for seven hours. Vegetarians can try the Bangkok, with tempeh, sweet chili sauce, pickles, romaine, carrots, and mayo. Pair your sub with the house’s specialty bourbon and lemonade.”

You can easily spend twenty dollars per person per meal, but portions are big. They do a lot of pickup orders, especially during lunch. Arguably the best sub sandwich in the area. Beer and adult beverages also available.😁Posted on Gage Mullins11/08/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Portions for what you pay here are great! Half-size subs are a whole meal on their own. Tons of variety, too. A great spot!Posted on Mohammadmehdi Mortazavi10/08/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m a fanPosted on Jay Maudlin24/07/2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I quickly learned to ask for Extra Sauce on the sandwich, as they are incredibly dry by default. Menu is maybe a little huge, they could probably benefit from narrowing it down, but otherwise not a bad spot! The Cubano with extra sauce is very tasty.
